The nose is open, typical of “Clos St Phi”: pebbles, yellow fruit and pear, with a few herbaceous aromas and a hint of vanilla. The palate is beautifully balanced, with a round attack, just the right amount of concentration in the middle, and a tangy, citrusy finish. A lively wine, not aggressive or biting, but rather exciting! In short, it’s a vintage that’s well representative of the appellation. It’s set to refresh us for the next 10 years!
