The grapes used to make “Ligne de Crête” are grown in the highest-lying vines that Delas Frères owns and cares for on its own on the Hermitage hillside in the “Les Grandes Vignes” lieu-dit.
Rich yet pulsing with freshness, this limited-edition library release showcases the fantastic 2015 vintage just as it unfurls its magic. Sourced from a single plot at the peak of Hermitage, it’s packed with black-plum and cherry flavors fringed with graphite and violet. Still vibrant in fruit, the grounded, textured sip is kissed with olive and bacon fat too. Approaching peak, the wine should continue to soar through 2050.
